Refund & Cancellation:
The fee for Classroom program, Online Classroom, Study Material, and Online Test Series are non- refundable & admission will not be cancelled.
Switching Courses:
Once enrolled switching between GATE/ESE/PSU Test Series is not permitted.
Payment Failures:
For any failures in online payment and in case, the amount gets deducted from your saving/current account and not credited in VisionGATE ‘s account before the transaction is complete. VisionGATE is not responsible for any refunds. In this case, students should first contact the Bank and then to VisionGATE to clarify the same.
Delivery Policy – Receipts of online payments:
E- Receipt will be sent by VisionGATE with the confirmation of admission.
Fees and payment:
It is the enrolee’s sole responsibility to ensure that he/she pays the enrolment fee. The payment of any amounts intended to be made in respect of Fee by or on behalf of the enrolee does not indicate the acceptance of the enrolee’s candidature for appearing in the examination. When the enrolee successfully completes the online payment transaction using the credit/debit card option, funds will be deducted from the credit/debit card as submitted by him/her and the payment will be credited to VisionGATE. Any payment received through this website will be treated as having been made by the enrolee even though the same may have been made by some other person/ party and hence VisionGATE shall not entertain any correspondence from any person other than the enrolee or his/her parent/guardian.
Confirmation:
If the enrolee’s online payment is successful, VisionGATE will confirm the same by giving a valid transaction ID. In case of unsuccessful online payment, VisionGATE will advise the enrolee accordingly. The enrolee should then contact the credit/debit card provider for details.
Failure to pay the fees:
In case the enrolee registers successfully, but the online payment is not successful, his/her enrolment will stand cancelled without any further notification.
Security:
Credit/debit card payments are secure: For keeping your credit/debit card details secure, payments will be processed through reputed vendor’s technology. Credit/debit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. The site is secured using secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site of Bank. VisionGATE shall not be liable for any failure on the part of the enrolee or third party making payment of Fee, to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons.
Note: Terms and Conditions for online credit card/debit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subjected to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time of the transaction by the government.
